Monitoring and Evaluation
In 2016, BARKA Foundation conducted monitoring and evaluation of the WASH project we implemented in 2015 in 5 villages and 4 schools. We met with the village as a whole to discuss the changes that occurred in their community, and then broke out to interview and survey individual villagers and water committee members. The data we collected was instrumental in proving the impact we had. In this gallery, you’ll see photos from the villages of Todjama, Manguargou, Gnipiena and Natiabuoni, as well as the schools where BARKA constructed latrines, delivered handwashing stations and jumpstarted a hygiene education program.
